As team is the starting point and goal of all the works, an excellent team is so important which can promote the healthy development of the enterprise. Nurturing the employees with modern management concepts and knowledge,and training group members with modern management tools is the key point to make the team-building a top priority under the new situation.Although SGCC has already disposed team management sytem, it still can’t meet the practical requirements and management demands of QUANZHOU. Also, QUANZHOU POWER SUPPLY BUREAU developed a team management website in 2004, and this website only realized the release of public information, which was weak in some function. Hence, this two systems can’t meet the daily growing user’s demand and interprise administration requirement. For example, the lack of urgent team material in/out management/ application of excellent team can’t get the top10 teams according to the input information.So,the research and development of team management information system is imminent.The team management system in this article adopts overall framework of B/S mode programming, i.e., interactive structure between browser and server, which is easy for system design and maintenance. This system is based on.net development platform, C# language and SQL SERVER 2008. Hence, the expected target for this article is to construct team management information system of QUANZHOU POWER SUPPLY BUREAU, to replace the paper work of applying excellent team and team material in/out by processing based on the website 2004 version. Another target is to get top 10 best and top 10 worst teams by input information, so that management information of enterprise decision makers and implement information of teams will nteract to decrease intermediate link. The management efficiency is thus increased.
