Preliminary Exploration Of Kanban Management Application In Software Project

The software industry is a national strategic emerging industry and an important foundation of national economic and society informatization.The new generation of information technology is turning to software dominance,and the contribution of software in the information industry is increasing.Therefore,the search for an effective software project management model has become an urgent need of the software industry and is with very important practical significance.Based on X-IoT software development project,this thesis designs a software project management scheme based on Kanban management.It improves the development efficiency and quality of the project,and effectively solves the problems that the traditional waterfall management model is difficult to quickly meet the changing needs of customers and problems of project schedule delay and cost increase.The successful release of X-IoT project provides a better way to implement and solution for the management of large-scale software projects.Firstly,the software project management model is summarized,and the characteristics and application of various models are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of Kanban software management scheme.Secondly,the progress and personnel structure of X-IoT project is introduced,including the content and organization structure of the project.This thesis collects and analyzes the existing problems of the project in an all-round way by using questionnaire survey,expert evaluation and analytic hierarchy process.Based on the actual situation of the project and the existing problems in project management,a software project management scheme based on Kanban management is proposed,which is designed from the planning,execution,inspection and improvement stages of Kanban management.Finally,the thesis discusses the safeguard measures and application suggestions for X-IoT project from waterfall management mode to Kanban management mode,and introduces the implementation effect of Kanban management scheme.The implementation results show that through the application of the Kanban management scheme designed in this thesis,the problems existing in the previous waterfall management model are effectively solved.The project schedule is normal and the project process continues to optimize.The X-IoT project is successfully released,achieving the desired design goals.
