In recent years,the national Internet industry has developed rapidly.With the large coverage of mobile Internet devices and the arrival of 5g era,Internet technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence have developed rapidly,and more and more users of mobile app.According to the statistics of China Mobile Internet monthly activity in the first half of 2020,the number of monthly active users is as high as 1.155 billion.Mobile Internet has penetrated into many aspects of our life,and now the popular application of online video and short video has brought great benefits to enterprises and individuals.Company B's design and development of mobile app project is of great significance to achieve the goal of multi terminal service users.Hope to make a representative application in the era of interconnection of all things.Company B's mobile app project is the company's first mobile app project.Internet companies pay attention to speed.Only by rapidly expanding territory in a short time can they have their own place.Mobile app should not only do a good job in the company's video broadcasting business,but also integrate the group's mobile business hall business into this project,so as to achieve dual business promotion.Due to the requirement of the group to complete the research and development of the project as soon as possible under the condition of ensuring the quality of the project.Due to the tight time and heavy task,it is particularly important to do a good job in project schedule management.Based on the theory and method of project schedule management,this study takes the mobile app project of company B as an example.On the basis of literature review,this paper uses questionnaire method to diagnose the problems in the progress management of mobile app project in company B.through the analysis of the survey results,it finds out the main problems and reasons affecting the progress of mobile app project,and then puts forward the optimization scheme and strategy for the progress management of mobile phone business hall function R&D project in the second stage of mobile app project.First of all,in view of the formulation of the project schedule,the WBS tool is used to decompose the project,and a large project is decomposed into a work package conducive to management.Then PERT technology is used to scientifically estimate the project time.Next,CPM tool is used to draw the network diagram of the project and determine the critical path of the project.Secondly,it designs the optimization scheme of schedule control in the implementation stage of the project,and puts forward the corresponding schedule control optimization measures for the project design stage,R&D stage,testing stage and closing stage.Finally,the key points and difficulties in the implementation of the project are analyzed,and the corresponding measures are put forward.This study reduces the project R&D time and project R&D cost for company B,and provides reference for similar projects of other companies.
