In the face of the extremely fierce market environment for satellite communications,in order to improve competitiveness and achieve market and financial success,companies must continuously maintain product innovation and the ability to develop new products.However,for most domestic enterprises,especially those enterprises whose military units have been transformed into civilian products,important high-tech products have not been developed according to the expected progress,and these enterprises have missed opportunities to seize the market.One of the important reasons is that lack of effective and scientific project schedule management.In this context,this paper starts with the actual situation of the ST-810 project in the satellite communication field of z company,analyzes and sorts out the problems in the progress management process of the project,proposes improvement measures and verifies its effectiveness.This paper first explains the background of the research work,the significance of the topic and the research ideas.Secondly,it introduces the main theoretical methods of project,project management,project schedule management definition and project schedule management.Then,this paper introduces the status quo of ST-810 project schedule management from the organization structure,project team composition and project stage of z company,and analyzes the problems and causes of z company's progress management in ST-810 project.Thirdly,according to the delay of the ST-810 project schedule,it is proposed from adjusting the project organization and team configuration,clarifying and optimizing the responsibilities of the project team,optimizing the schedule management system,clarifying the division of the civilian product development stage and optimizing the organization of the conference solution.Finally,a brief summary of the implementation of the improvement measures for the ST-810 project schedule management was carried out.This paper analyzes the current situation of z-satellite communication progress management,combines the project schedule management theory and practical experience,analyzes the problems existing in the progress management of z company project,and gives a relatively reasonable solution for the implementation of the z company project and the project progress improvement process.It has important meaning.However,the problems faced by z company in the progress management,other companies in the same industry or similar industries are also experiencing the same.Therefore,this article can provide reference for other companies more or less,which has certain significance.
