With the continuous improvement of product upgrading,the mobile phone R&D companies face many problems,such as simultaneous projects,resource constraints,the progress requirements of the high and other problems.Critical path method and program evaluation technique are used in schedule management of the mobile phone R&D.These traditional progress management methods can not solve the multi-project and multi-resource conflicts in the actual application.And it can easily lead to long plan time and progress delay.And it can easily lead to scheduling problems and progress delay.In this case,the project schedule and schedule control has become the top priority of the project schedule management.In the actual process of the project,the project schedule management method is related to whether the project can be completed on the specified date and certain cost target.Therefore,a reasonable project schedule plan and effective project progress control determine the success of the mobile phone R&D projects.The paper studied the schedule management of mobile R&D project through choosing the critical chain project management method based on constraint theory.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research review of the key chain schedule management.This paper expounds the concept of product development and the process of mobile phone R&D project.It can effectively solve the problems of long project plan period,waste of security time,insufficient consideration of resource constraints and difficult to control the schedule.This paper analyzes the status of the K company V series mobile phone project and builds a progress model based on the key chain management.In this paper,we use the three-point estimation method to estimate the duration of the time and use the root variance method to calculate the size of the buffer.Through the improvement of the three color method,the dynamic analysis method of the ratio of buffer consumption and critical chain completion is used to monitor the real-time progress of the project.Finally,the model is applied to mobile phone R&D single project and multi-project environment for case study.Compared with the status of traditional progress management method,the critical chain management method can solve the mobile phone r & d project resource conflict,human factors and uncertainty factors.In addition,it can save project completion time and improve project completion rate.
