| With the continuous development of information globalization and the continuous upgrading and progress of information technology,the functions of computers are becoming increasingly powerful.Accompanied by this,the application scope of computer software is constantly expanding outward.The software project management derived from this has gradually become a new discipline.With the continuous expansion of the scale of the software industry,the functions that software can achieve are also constantly enriched.But the expansion of software scale will inevitably lead to a problem,that is,the "software crisis" has become increasingly serious.How to use project management method to solve various problems encountered in the current software development process has become a topic worthy of study in the process of software project development.It has become a very meaningful work to improve the efficiency of development and reduce the project risk by combining the relevant knowledge in the computer field with the method of software development.With the rapid development of China Mobile's 4G/5G business,mobile full service operation has entered the implementation stage.Telecom operators need all-round transformation and transformation in order to build their own advantages.At present,the new requirements of customer demand and product diversification,market diversification and marketing complexity all put forward new requirements and challenges to the current mobile business support system.Gansu Mobile's existing CRM business framework has been running for many years,after continuous repair,it has shown fatigue.Especially with the rapid development of multi-convergence business and the promotion of new business,the existing CRM system can not meet the development of new business.Especially in the case of massive data,due to the performance of the database,it is very common for mobile services to accept timeouts.In order to meet the new needs and challenges,Gansu Mobile decided to upgrade and reform the existing CRM system.This paper makes an empirical study on the development process of Gansu Mobile CRM software project by applying case study method.Firstly,this paper elaborates the related theories of project management and the current research situation at home and abroad,and analyses the characteristics of software projects.Secondly,it deeply studies and discusses the current situation and problems of project implementation of several key nodes of software management,such as quality,schedule,cost management,etc.Then,by analyzing the causes of the current CRM software project management problems,it concludes that the current CRM software project management problems arise.Based on the practical experience of CRM software project management,the improvement measures of software project management are put forward.Finally,the guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of software project are put forward. |
