Research On The Optimization Of Project Implementation Management For TDS

TDS(Trendy Distributed Storage)is a software-defined storage product for all industries launched by Trendy Technology.Not only supporting operators to realize massive storage pools with tens of petabytes or more capacity,but also helping SMEs achieve cost control of the horizontal expansion of storage,TDS integrates or replaces the existing mid-range storage equipment for various business applications.The market demand for TDS is enhancing rapidly with the extensive and in-depth application of information technology in all walks of life,which makes the implementation management of TDS project of Trendy Technology faces huge challenges.Therefore,the optimization of TDS project management is discussed in this thesis.First,this thesis introduces the basic situation and main products of Trendy Technology Company,and the main problems challenging the company's development are also included.Second,the basic situation of the TDS project and the main contents of its implementation are expounded.Meanwhile,the current status of the project implementation management and its respective main problems are analyzed from the aspects of progress management,personnel management,quality management,and schedule management of the project implementation.Then,the corresponding optimal methods were discussed respectively in accordance with the problems in project management.With regard to project progress management,it mainly discusses the necessity of adding the project start-up meeting,the method of improving the quality of project implementation plan and how to track the project activities.For project personnel management,it is proposed to carry out customer grouping through scatter diagram analysis of project structure,project scale,and project location,and on this basis,optimize methods such as group customer responsibility system are implemented.In terms of project quality management,some optimal methods are introduced.An implementation plan review process is adopted to ensure that customer needs are understood correctly.Setting quality control nodes and process decomposition is benefit to output of project results.Project management systems can be used to track and account for quality issues.As for the project schedule management,it proposes optimal methods,such as fine control of the rated working hours system and the introduction of the key chain method to monitor the project progress.Finally,the thesis discusses the implementation guarantee measures of the optimized project management method in three aspects: company performance assessment method,project management information system construction,project talent training.
