Reserach On Schedule Management Of 5G Communication Base Station Software Development Project

With the accelerating pace of new communication network construction and the continuous development of communication-related technologies in China,the major communication equipment manufacturers have put forward higher requirements for the management link in the development process of communication base station.Because there are a technical particularity,5G communication engineering project process consistency,large investment,high technical requirements and characteristics of more difficult projects,project risk,therefore,by means of advanced and reasonable and scientific project management,enhance 5G communication engineering project management,so as to establish a reproducible management pattern,extracting the advanced management method is particularly important.At present,there are few studies on the application of project schedule management theories and methods to 5G base station software development projects,and the analysis of the characteristics of such projects is insufficient.Based on a domestic telecommunications equipment manufacturers of 5G base station software development project as a case study,first of all,according to the characteristics of the project for the whole process of project implementation science decomposition,including the analysis at different stages may affect the progress of the project cost factors,team,product factors and resources,etc.,discusses influence of schedule control risks related points.Then,by referring to the Scrum framework,the main methods,technologies and tools of agile development are used in project management,and combined with the actual project schedule,a targeted "Waterfall+Agile"schedule management model suitable for the schedule management of 5G base station software development is proposed.Finally,through analyzing and summarizing the risk factors of schedule management plan and schedule control mode,this paper puts forward the corresponding specific safeguard measures for schedule control,including the evaluation of the implementation effect of schedule management and the follow-up improvement plan.In this paper,through the effective combination of the Scrum framework and agile development advantages of two methods of management,through perfect project schedule management plan,scientific management methods and tools to control the project schedule,effectively improve the project progress and time limit for a project management effect,improve the efficiency of the development of the project products and iteration,prove the availability and the effectiveness of the schedule management model.At the same time,it can also be used as a reference for schedule management of similar projects in the future.
