Informatization And Application Of Production And Inventory Management Of A Furniture Enterprise

This paper mainly focuses on the following problems in the production and inventory management of a furniture enterprise:first,the management concept is outmoded,the management mode is backward,with the "teach,help,lead" type of experience and manual operation management.Second,the product demand and market sales did not make accurate prediction,resulting in the production of non-targeted,inventory backlog,products Unsalable.Third,the security inventory is not set to meet the urgent needs of customers and to improve the response speed of customer demand.Fourth,the information exchange is not smooth,the production department only mastered the production progress information,the inventory department only know the inventory situation,leading to the communication between the departments is not smooth,there is a prevarication phenomenon.In view of the above problems in the production and inventory management,according to the actual needs of the enterprise,based on the demand analysis and functional design,a set of production and inventory management information system is designed.Based on the enterprise production and inventory business process,combining with the problems in the production and inventory management system,organizational structure and production and inventory management,the paper constructs the inventory-order production inventory strategy,and establishes the business process and functional framework of the management information system.The system is based on Microsoft visual studio 2010 platform,using the B/S three-tier structure mode,using ASP.net technology and SQL server relational database,to realize multi-departments,multi-users,the same user multi-roles,the same post multiple users to operate the system according to the enterprise management situation.This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign research status of the production and inventory management information system,and then introduces the status and problems of the production and inventory management of a furniture enterprise,and puts forward the inventory-order production inventory strategy,further describes the system business requirements,and the functional design and database design of the system.Finally,the implementation and application of the production and inventory management information system developed in this paper are introduced,and the application effect is analyzed.
