Young children are the future of our country,and reading can be seen as a core part of children's language learning and a key foundation for lifelong learning.At present,paying attention to the development of reading ability of children of different ages and their healthy growth of body and mind has become an important project at the national level,and gradually developed into a global topic.However,some children suffer from developmental dyslexia(DD)due to the influence of complex genetic and environmental factors in their early development.The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(5th Edition)defines dyslexia as a pattern of learning difficulties characterized by difficulty recognizing words accurately or fluently,poor decoding,and poor spelling.The generalized dyslexia includes acquired dyslexia and developmental dyslexia(DD).There are definite causes of acquired dyslexia,such as brain trauma and brain tumor.At present,there is no clear cause of developmental dyslexia,but most studies show that it is a neurodevelopmental disorder caused by risk factors such as genes and environment in the early development process(all the dyslexia referred to in this paper are developmental dyslexia).Children with developmental dyslexia cannot recognize words and write fluently and accurately,even though they have normal intelligence and equal educational opportunities.The symptoms of dyslexia are persistent.If children's dyslexia cannot be effectively intervened as soon as possible,it will affect children's learning ability and interest in learning for a long time,directly cause children's various psychological and behavioral problems,hinder their healthy development,and affect their adult academic achievement and income level.This study adopts the method of IQ differences-reading,through the use of children's learning disability scale,children's reading disorder scale measuring tool,in combination with children's academic performance,eliminate mental retardation factor,a total of 504 students from two primary school screening for developmental dyslexia children,sets the screening out of dyslexia children to experimental group and the normal children set to the control group,with the help of SPSS 21.0 to children's developmental dyslexia and correlation analysis of family environment factors.The results:(1)Among 504 early school-age children,17 children with developmental dyslexia were screened,the detection rate of dyslexia was 3.37%.Among them,there were 10 dyslexia boys and 7 dyslexia girls,with a male to female ratio of 1.5:1.(2)There was a significant correlation between the educational level of parents and the emotional status of parents and the developmental dyslexia of children.The factors of family reading environment,such as "telling children stories","encouraging children to read regularly","buying children's favorite books" and "whether children have regular reading time",are associated with the occurrence of developmental dyslexia.(3)Among various factors of family environment,parents' good emotional status is a protective factor for children's dyslexia(OR=0.054,95%CI=0.011-0.274).Often OR sometimes encouraging children to read extracurricular books and buying books they like can effectively reduce the risk of dyslexia(OR=0.045,95%CI=0.004-0.482).Families with the habit of reading to children had a lower risk of dyslexia(OR=0.033,95%CI=0.003-0.338).(4)in addition to improving the prevention and correction of the developmental dyslexia children family reading environment,also need schools,libraries,community,social organizations,the joint efforts of the government,all make up the lack of family environment,weakened due to poor family environment factors of adverse influence on children's reading ability development,jointly create a suitable reading environment for children.The architecture of this research for the screening of the developmental dyslexia has made a contribution,alert the researchers in the screening of dyslexia to distinguish the different age stages of reading obstacles,proves that the early school age children with developmental dyslexia and correlation between family environment factors,through the improvement of family environment and the parties to the joint efforts of the society can reduce a childs risk of a reading disorder,the study also for the early prevention and correction of the developmental dyslexia provides more targeted strategy.
