Reading is a basic means of accessing information and a necessity for children to grow and learn. For children born after the millennium, their growth has been accompanied by the popularity of electronic products and the development of high technology, and the integration of information technology into modern education in the digital age has made digital reading an essential part of students' daily learning.Reading, homework practice and exams have become the norm for children who have grown up surrounded by digital media.Among children, developmental dyslexic children are receiving increasing attention from scholars.Developmental dyslexia is a common neurodevelopmental disorder that refers to a group of children who are intellectually normal, adequately educated and motivated to learn, but who still exhibit reading difficulties. In all language systems of the world, there is a proportion of children who suffer from dyslexia.Problems such as low literacy or poor reading fluency make them bored with reading, which in the long run adversely affects not only the children's language performance but also their learning in other subjects. This thesis takes children with developmental dyslexia as the research object, and explores whether digital reading can cause dyslexia, and whether children with developmental dyslexia will change the performance of dyslexia when they use digital reading media. This paper focuses on children with developmental dyslexia to explore whether children with developmental dyslexia change their dyslexia behavior when they use digital reading media. To analyze the results of comparative experiments on paper reading and digital reading for children with developmental dyslexia, analyze the four aspects of phonetics, morphemes, glyphs and reading comprehension, and compare the specific effects of two reading carriers on children with developmental dyslexia. The most important viewpoints and research conclusions of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects:1.The reading cognitive ability of children with developmental dyslexia is most affected by the reading medium.2.Children with developmental dyslexia have the least correlation with each reading cognitive ability.3.Among the three types of children's reading-related abilities, the ability to recognize Chinese characters is most affected by the reading medium, and the reading comprehension ability is the least affected by the reading medium.Aiming at the influence of digital reading on developmental children with dyslexia, this paper proposes corresponding solutions from three aspects: concept change, digital reading environment creation, and digital reading ability training. We must be clear that digital reading has had a huge impact on our daily reading behavior, the basic education of school-age children and even the progress of society.Various digital technologies have been integrated into all aspects of children's lives.Facing the current changes, this This paper proposes more targeted intervention methods for developmental dyslexia from the perspectives of digital reading concept change, digital reading environment creation and digital reading ability.
