With the rapid development of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing and AI,more and more scientific and technological achievements are being rapidly transformed and applied to all walks of life.In recent years,the number of software industry employees,software income,software export and the number of enterprises in the software industry in China have shown a rapid growth trend.As a major part of the software industry,the whole society is paying more and more attention to the products(services)of medical informatization and the development of medical informatization based on people's attention to and demand for medical health.This paper sorts out and summarizes the theoretical research on enterprise strategic management at home and abroad.Through the field investigation of L Medical Software Company in the field of medical informatization,the paper grasps the current situation of the company's products(services),market,technology,organization and finance.The internal and external environment of L medical software company is analyzed by Porter's competition model and PEST analysis method.Using SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of L medical software company,as well as the opportunities and threats it faces;Combining with the actual situation,this paper puts forward the differentiated competition strategy suitable for L medical software company,and formulates the relevant implementation path and safeguard measures.The research shows that L medical software company should firmly grasp the current development trend,formulate more reasonable strategic planning,and achieve all-round development of the enterprise.Through the implementation of target market differentiation,product differentiation,service differentiation and channel differentiation,L medical software company's differentiated competition strategy is realized,and the company's scale is expanded and brand effect is built.Finally,in order to better implement the strategy,L medical software company needs to pay attention to human resources,external resources,organizational management and corporate culture construction.
