With the development of economic globalization,information technology has been developed in depth.In recent years,the progress of cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other technologies has made the software industry have emerged from the information technology industry as the most important component of the information in-dustry.At present,various government departments pay more and more attention to the application and development of software,among which the application of security in-formation has been further promoted and gradually deepened.This paper mainly takes WS Software Co.,Ltd.as an example,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the company,through the reference to the existing literature and information,choose the competitive strategy suitable for the enterprise,so as to help WS Software Company to formulate a long-term adaptation strategy,realize its own technological advantages,and explore a suitable way to expand the mark-et.In order to adapt to the current fierce market competition environment,and achieve su-stainable development.Through the research of WS software company,we hope to have some reference significance to other information technology enterprises,but also hope that in theory it will have some extension of the research enterprise's competitive strategy-related achievements.Through the method of literature research and interview,this paper studies the external environment and internal conditions of the enterprise by reference to the relevant theory of enterprise strategy.Through PEST analysis,the macro environment of enterprises is studied,and the position of enterprises in the industry is studied by the five-force model.Through research and interviews,the opportunities and threats of enterprise environment are analyzed quantitatively by using the external factor evaluation matrix.In the research of the company's value chain,the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises are analyzed quantitatively by using the internal condition factor evaluation matrix.In-depth understanding of the internal vision,mission,objectives and SWOT analysis tools of the enterprise's external environment and internal conditions of the comparative study,after the feasibility analysis of the three strategies,the use of quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM matrix)quantitative study of the three strategies for WS software companies.And finally choose the differentiation strategy as the business strategy of the enterprise.After determining the differentiation strategy,the plan and measure guarantee of the implementation of the enterprise's competitive strategy are studied according to the problems and the needs of the enterprise's implementation.WS company enterprise development is facing better and better business environment than threat,at the same time the internal advantages of enterprises are more than disadvantages,enterprises should adopt a strategy of differentiation,mainly due to the strength of the enterprise and the external environment.In this competitive but non-complete competition environment,adopt differentiation strategy,provide differentiated services to show their uniqueness to meet the public security software market is the most suitable strategy of WS Software Co.,Ltd.Today,to provide enterprises with core competitiveness,continued development to lay the foundation.
