With the rapid development of information technology,software industry is an essential industry in the national infrastructure.In the past few decades,the change of information technology has driven the reconstruction of software industry and hardware industry,and also has a profound impact on the development of the financial industry.With the emergence and wide application of new technologies,such as 5G communication,Al,blockchain,etc.,the transformation and upgrading of the financial industry has been continuously promoted,"financial technology" is gradually known and recognized by everyone.According to the definition of the Financial Stability Board(FSB),financial technology refers to the emerging business model,new technology application,new product service,etc.,which is driven by emerging frontier technologies such as big data,blockchain,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and has a significant impact on the financial market and financial service business supply.With regard to the development of financial science and technology,the people's Bank of China has issued relevant plans and guidelines.According to this plan and guidance,many domestic technology companies engaged in software development are looking for business opportunities matching their own enterprises,striving for the growth and development of the company.AB company was founded in 2004.At first,it was a company engaged in the development and implementation of enterprise management software.With the gradual expansion of the company's scale and the increase of its business,the company has divided different sectors according to different industries,such as specialized banking sector,specialized securities sector and so on.Facing the local financial industry customers,the company has been committed to promoting financial business and management innovation with advanced technology,providing information-based products and services for different financial industry customer groups.This paper takes AB company's banking software business as the research object,based on the company's current situation and business development,using literature research and case study methods,combined with PEST analysis and SWOT analysis and other strategic analysis methods and tools to analyze the company's business situation.Through the research,it is found that the country has always attached great importance to the development of software and information technology service industry,and has issued many favorable policies in research and development investment,tax preference.Therefore,the company's external opportunities mainly include:dividends and support of national policies,the development and wide application of new technologies,and the vigorous development of banking business to bring more sustainable business income to software enterprises.Of course,we also see the industry competition situation of the company.The competition in the software market is increasingly fierce,and potential entrants are increasing.The competition among existing enterprises is inseparable.Customers' demands are more and more critical,and customers' bargaining power is higher and higher.Based on the above situation,combined with Michael Porter's value chain theory,this paper analyzes the company's core competitiveness and the advantages and disadvantages of internal resources and capabilities from the perspective of the company itself.The advantages of the company are mainly reflected in the following aspects:the company has a good brand awareness and good customer reputation in the industry,has a solid infrastructure and mature technology research and development capabilities,and the after-sales service system is relatively perfect,which can provide customized service content for customers.It is undeniable that there are also places in the company that need to be further improved,such as the human resource management needs to be implemented,the supporting management system needs to be developed with the actual situation of the company,the sales management system needs to be improved,the comprehensive skills of sales personnel need to be improved,and the market publicity needs to be strengthened.Through the above analysis,this paper draws the conclusion that the software business of corporate banking should choose the differentiated competitive strategy.At the same time,this paper elaborates the implementation of differentiated competition strategy from product research and development and design differentiation,sales channels and models differentiation,after-sales service differentiation.construction of differentiated ecosystem and other aspects.In order to ensure the effective implementation of business differentiation competition strategy.this paper makes a more specific discussion in the last part of the article from optimizing the organizational structure of the company,improving the system of the company,strengthening the marketing management.implementing the human resource management,improving the project management ability and so on.The competitive strategy of an enterprise is related to the overall development of the enterprise.Through the analysis and Research on the competition strategy of the company's banking software business,this paper puts forward a new view:the competition among enterprises should have a proper cooperation space and set up a sales alliance suitable for the common needs of the development of enterprises,so as to build a new ecosystem business model.Due to the limitation of time and specialty,this paper does not make a comprehensive discussion on all products and schemes of the company's software business.At the same time,the software products mentioned in this paper are downloaded from the cloud for free,and there is no more specific demonstration.I hope that more follow-up research can supplement and improve the conclusions of this paper.
