With the continuous development of the Internet and media technology,the pattern of information dissemination has undergone tremendous changes.After "two micro-ends" gradually replaced newspapers,radio and other traditional media as an important channel for the audience to obtain information,content,mode of production,and management models are constantly being reshaped.Compared with the characteristics of new media communication such as mobile,video and real-time,the newspaper industry has obvious disadvantages.Therefore,in order to avoid the survival of the fittest in the market,the newspaper industry needs to transform the development.This paper uses the case study method,taking the competition strategy of the Beijing Automobile Newspaper Limited formula as the research object,based on the identification of the difficulties that the Beijing Automobile Newspaper Limited Company faces,such as the intensifying competition,the declining influence,the channel construction,etc.,with the help of SWOT and other strategic analysis methods,the final implementation of the focus strategy.This paper proposes that under the new situation,traditional media enterprises such as Beijing Automobile Newspaper Co.,Ltd.,which have a single business and a high-quality gathering and editing team and are oriented to a certain kind of audience market,it is necessary to enhance the influence from the process,content,form and channel construction,and explore new profit model,so as to reduce business risks.The research contents and conclusions of this paper can be used for reference for other similar enterprises.
