In the context of the profound development of mobile Internet and artificial intelligence,mobile phones have become one of the most important tools in modern life and one of the most competitive industries.Therefore,the competitive intelligence research on the mobile phone industry can holographically understand the development status and competition status of this industry,which has important guiding significance for improving the user experience of mobile phone products and promoting the healthy development of the mobile phone industry.The article aims to analyze and build an analysis model for competitive intelligence in the mobile phone industry.Firstly,it analyzes the development status and competition situation of the development of the mobile phone industry,defines the specific connotation of the competitive intelligence of the mobile phone industry,and constructs an analysis framework for the three aspects of the competitive intelligence of the mobile phone industry,which provides a follow-up to the overall research.Secondly,with the help of the classic analysis method of management science and competitive intelligence,the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external competitive environment information of the mobile phone industry,and the five-force analysis method is used to analyze the competitive environment information of the mobile phone industry.Again,from the internal and external perspectives of the mobile phone industry The competitors of the mobile phone industry,and analyzed the competitors of the mobile phone industry in major countries and regions.Finally,based on the life cycle theory of existing products,industries and industries,the five related competitive intelligence strategy theories in the formation of mobile phone products were constructed.According to this theory,detailed competition strategy intelligence analysis was carried out for mobile phone manufacturers in different camps,and the development strategy of the mobile phone industry was proposed from three different aspects.
