With the continuous development of China's economy and society,the state is committed to building a social credit system of'Let the keepers benefit everywhere and let the losers be difficult',and constantly enhances people's credit awareness.Along with the construction of social credit system,nearly 4,000 financial institutions have orderly access to the people's bank or the bank credit reporting system,and the sales of related products of credit software are growing.The market prospect of credit software is promising.DHCC entered the credit software market earlier,and has carried out a thorough research to credit data collection,such as Credit reporting inquiry,data governance,and credit supervision of the People's Bank of China.However,after years of development,DHCC credit reporting software products are facing many complex problems and challenges.With the increasing number of companies with credit information software products,industry competition pressure increases.The homogeneity of credit information software is serious and product iteration frequency is not high.The company lacks of clear business-level competition strategy.On this background,how to make the sales of credit information software products to grow continuously and have a lasting competitive advantage has become a problem that companies must solve.DHCC focus on the market segments and makes efforts in the market segments of such as large state-owned banks,joint-stock banks,trust companies and village banks and other market segments.The company need to make deep digging of customer demand,and focus on customer experience,strengthen quality management,and provide customers with differentiated quality products and customer service in order to enhance the core competitiveness of credit reporting software products and guarantee the performance above the average level and lasting competitive advantage.In order to successfully implement of market segmentation focus strategy,DHCC formulates corresponding safeguard measures according to its own actual situation:the first is to continuously shape the corporate culture;the second is to improve the corporate organizational structure;the third is to strengthen human resource management;and the fourth is to promote information construction.There are two main innovations in this paper.First,DHCC chooses the target concentration strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of products in the target market segments and obtains competitive advantages when the company has had clear positioning.Second,the company adds the application product customer service group in organizational architecture which is special responsible for pre-sale communication,after-sale service and customer relationship maintenance of credit information software products in order to gain competitive advantage.
