In today's era when data is king,people's life and work are surrounded by data.Whether it is the learning records stored in mobile devices,or the browsing traces existing in mobile phones and computers,it is a common form of data existence.Seemingly ubiquitous data information actually plays a vital role in people's work and learning,For example,in-depth analysis of experimental data,prospects based on data statistics,etc.,all of which mark the arrival of the era of big data to a large extent.In this era,data is not only rich in variety,but also extremely large in quantity.Different data and information are given different market values.Therefore,contemporary social citizens must master the knowledge of data acquisition Comprehensive ability of management and application.Especially for college students,they are not only the main object of data literacy education,but also the main force of current social development.University library should maximize its own educational function and provide abundant data literacy education related services for the majority of students.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,discusses the research status of this topic at home and abroad,and introduces the methods and contents of this research.The second chapter is a theoretical overview,to clarify the concept of meaning,accurately grasp the concept of data literacy theory,fully understand the relationship between big data and data literacy,information literacy and data literacy.The third chapter is the network research on the current situation of data literacy education in Colleges and universities.The indicators involved include teaching objectives,objects,forms,contents,evaluation,publicity methods and cooperation methods.At the same time,the more successful cases are selected for analysis,from which valuable reference experience is summarized.The fourth chapter is a comprehensive analysis of the user's data literacy needs and use behavior based on the combination of online questionnaire and paper questionnaire.The data literacy ability of different users is evaluated based on data awareness,data skills and data application,and then based on the teaching form and content,data acquisition path and display form,To further understand the data service needs of university users.In the fifth chapter,based on the problems found in the previous research,combined with the background of the times,it puts forward practical countermeasures for the implementation of data literacy education in contemporary university libraries.Research shows that in the era of big data,University Libraries urgently need to carry out data literacy education to meet the needs of users.From the survey,it is found that most of the data literacy education in China belongs to the exploration stage,and there are many problems.The data literacy ability of students also needs to be further improved.Therefore,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from seven aspects,such as teaching objectives,teaching objects,teaching forms,teaching contents,teaching evaluation,publicity methods and cooperation paths.
