With the sustained and rapid development of economic society and people living standard rise ceaselessly, our people's cultural consumption demand have rapid growth. In order to deal with the international financial crisis in our country economic impact, our government has formulated "culture industry planning", this is our first culture industry planning, it takes our cultural industry strategy risen to national strategic level.The cultural industry is the soft power of the country, is an important part of the overall national strength and international competitiveness is the future of the subject. To support the development of cultural industry, the development of radio and TV industry is very important, because broadcasting television is the main cultural transmission medium. There are still exist many problems in our TV industry, and has very big disparity compared with other countries. Currenty the economic and media have a globalization trend, how about our TV industry's international status.Can our TV industry fully exert its advantages, seize the strategic opportunity of the global media industry adjustment, promote our TV industry's international competitiveness. Which way shoud our country to formulate theTV industry development strategy from the Angle of global competition for for the industrial upgrading, and to upgrad television industry and the TV industry layout optimization, make TV industry with strong competitiveness of the industry. Currenty,these questions are TV industry related administrative departments and researchers must ponder earnestly.This paper based on the theory of the international competitiveness and TV industry related features, using industry economics theory and econometric methods, with China's TV industry international competitiveness as the research object.This paper from the infrastructure competitiveness, policy, enterprise competitiveness and competitive market competition four aspects establishment of a scientific television international competitiveness evaluation index system. Used the relevant data of 2008, through the comparison with other countries and the past of our country,we can got that in industrial development actuation factor, industrial market efficiency factor, government policy factor, industrial structure factor has no competitive advantage,and our TV industry in the investigation of several countries ranked in the final.In order to improve our TV industry's international competitiveness, this paper from the conclusion of the empirical analysis, in-depth analysis of the Chinese TV industry of several factors,this paper puts forward six countermeasures,as improve the management system, speeding up the process of market; implement industrial integration, the optimization of industrial layout; extended industry chain, expand the content capacity; adjust the industrial countermeasure, strengthen government support; broaden capital channel, enhance the development in the future; on cultivation of talents, to strengthen international exchanges.This paper using the data of Chinese TV industry to specific empirical analysis, by means of every Angle analyses the present situation of the development of TV industry, innovate the international competitiveness of TV of evaluation index structure innovation, provided the chinese television international competitiveness to theoretical basis and practical guidance.
