Aiming at the problem of temperature and strain measurement in large bridge construction engineering,temperature and strain measuring instrument is mainly used for precision measurement of temperature and strain parameters.Often need to measure temperature,strain in engineering structures,but because of its complex structure,the relevant theoretical calculation cannot be achieved,and know the right of such engineering problems to solve or not closely connected with the precision of the instrument measurement,based on the above research,designed the multi-channel temperature,strain parameter monitoring and storage systems.The temperature and strain measuring instrument is used specifically for measuring components and structures such as temperature and strain of an instrument.This paper mainly describes the research and design of multi-channel temperature and strain gauges in improving the measurement accuracy.At the same time,the source of error such as temperature drift is deeply analyzed and the solution is designed.It is of great significance to use sensors to measure the strain and temperature of engineering structures such as large bridge buildings.The main content of this paper includes the overall design of the system,the hardware design of the system,the software design of the system,the system calibration,the relevant function test of the system and the accuracy test of the system.The hardware circuit design of the system mainly includes acquisition,conditioning,power supply and other hardware circuit design.System software design is based on the hardware circuit design for each module code writing,the content mainly includes USB interface program,FLASH storage program,AD acquisition program design and writing,and based on LABVIEW2017 upper computer application software writing.The system function test mainly carries on the corresponding test to the readback data monitoring,the long time data monitoring and so on.System calibration is mainly to use the standard strain simulator XL2106-4 and SGJS701 B high and low temperature test chamber to carry out linear calibration on the whole constructed and formed strain testing system.System precision testing is mainly to calibrate the temperature,strain testing system precision measurement and calculation.The final test results show that can realize stable temperature,strain data collection,after many tests,the strain test of nonlinear error of plus or minus 0.5%,the maximum allowable temperature test of nonlinear error of plus or minus 2%,the maximum allowable design to adopt low temperature drift and the whole system,their floating maximum strain should be within ±1με,at maximum temperature drift should be within ±0.5℃,The experiment can prove that the system has strong environmental adaptability and can meet the design requirements of the system task book.
