Aiming at traditional pure bending normal stress test equipment, this paper proposes a design to improve the problem of low accuracy, calibration inconvenience, and poor data processing, etc.Combing with sensor technology and computer technology, the paper designed a strain test system based on ADuC845 microcontroller. Design content includes the components as follows:1.The basic working principle analysis of pure bending stress test-bed.2.Design and implementation of test-bed hardware system. A miniature data acquisition system hardware circuitry with the core of the microcontroller ADuC845 was designed, which mainly includes microcontroller circuit, filter-amplifier circuit, communication circuit and relay control circuit, etc. Meanwhile, lower computer software module, such as analog-digital conversion, data processing and communications, was designed. Combined with the digital filtering algorithms, we can obtain a more appropriate response signal data to reflect the physical strain phenomenon of the actual physical test object.3.Based on development tool of Delphi 7.0, a real-time data gathering control software was developed. We can make the system have functions of data acquisition, data display, data logging, historical data query, curve drawing and report printing.4.Some typical experimental test data is proposed, the corresponding analysis is made.After testing, the system has stable performance, simple operation, high accuracy and fast speed. It meets the test requirements with a wide range of applications.
