This issue comes from a data logger project, intending to research and designsensor output signal modulated circuit, data collection and storage circuit,and datacollection and storage control logic.This paper derivatives three key contents of this article and has carried on thedesign on the basis of introduction of the data logger system composition, variousmodules function and data logger working process when it tests. Firstly, this paperelaborates theoretical evidence for the selection of various modules, working theory ofvarious modules and reasons for the choice of components type on the signal modulatedcircuit, and gives the calculation of some node voltage on the circuit and theexperimental data of some modules, they verify the feasibility of modulated circuit,analyses measurement errors of strain signal and temperature signal and present methodsfor reducing errors. Then, the design of the FPGA configuration circuit, analog switchswitching circuit, A/D conversion circuit, instruction receiving circuit and data storagecircuit of data collection and storage circuit is introduced in detail. At last, this paperelaborates the design of instruction jitter eliminating, the timing of data collectioncontrol, fifo working process and the process of writing data and reading data aboutFLASH control module.Finally, this paper respectively to introduce the testing and checking of impactsignal, strain signal and temperature signal and through the test results shows that thefunction of system is accurate and the performance of system is reliable.The data logger which this issue based on has been successfully applied inspacecraft flight experiment and achieved collection and storage of various key physical parameters of spacecraft from it launch to fall to the ground. The test data is completeand correct through analysing the test data by software and it explains that the design ofsensor output signal modulated circuit is reasonable and the design of data collection andstorage circuit and the data collection and storage control logic is correct.
