| In many scientific research activities of natural sciences and engineering, the stress-strain test analysis is an important test analysis which used to determine the true stress state of component when it is running. It will find location and data of maximum stress so as to assess the safety and reliability of equipment, and give basis for improving output and load carrying capacity of the equipment.In this paper, based on studying key technology of wireless sensor network ,together with the needs of engineering stress-strain test analysis ,we research and design wireless strain data acquisition system which use s3c2410 as the core node and base on IEEE802.15.4 network protocol and network topology, and research and implement routing protocol of wireless sensor networks .The paper introduces he basic principle of strain measurement, and its theory, methods and associated signal processing knowledge. The paper analyze IEEE802.15.4 network protocols and network topology in deep, and design system building model of satellite-based networks, peer network and base station gateway, it will transmits data through the GPRS; It will use quorum device protocol in peer network and improve the service of transport layer by pulling in by-hop transmission protocol and slow deposit cache protocol; the system implements running of multi-channel data acquisition and data communication basing on real-time characteristics of embedded Linux OS while developing the corresponding protocol software. At last, achieves cutting and transplant of software system.Tests proved the system overcomes a series of disadvantages of the existing measuring devices, such as large volume, long time of testing preparation, application inconvenient and so on. It has advantages such as slow power consumption, easy expansion, low cost and so on. It has broad application prospects. |
