In recent years,the applications of optical chip has become more and more widely.It can produce different signals through different light.For example,it not only can be used as a light sensor,but also can be used as an important part of the digital camera.Because of the light chips' developments,it is very important for the optical chip test.Nowadays,data acquisition system has been an indispensable part of information system,and it is also the foundation of digital signal processing and analysis.It has been widely applied in many fields,so this test system also adopts data acquisition method.The photoelectric test system is mainly divided into two parts: one is the design of data acquisition system,which is divided into two parts: analog signal processing,correction and data acquisition.The analog signal processing correction module is based on the i C-MSB chip and has great flexibility for signal processing correction.Although the chips selected by the data collector will make the transmission speed have a certain gap compared with the domestic ultra-high speed data collector,the cost is very low and the welding is convenient.And the transmission speed can fully meet the requirements of general optical sensor chip data transmission.The USB chip is free of drivers and simplifies the operation steps.The other part is the design of remote data transmission system,and it can upload the data obtained by the data collector to the server.In this paper,the principle of several main chips in the photoelectric test system is introduced at the beginning,and then the circuit parts are introduced in detail.For the circuit design of data acquisition system,the first four groups output sine wave signals need to be amplified by chip ADA4096-2 operational amplifier,and then the four signals through the i C-MSB chip,using the configuration software will be adjusted,to meet the requirements of the ADC input signals.Four groups of sine wave signals are input to the data collector,converted by ADC chip ADS7863 as the digital signals.Then the data collector transmits the data to the SDRAM cache,and then the data is transmitted to the USB chip.The circuit board is connected to the remote data transmission system of data acquisition,and the data will be transmissed through the GPRS to the server.Then,the paper introduced the software needed by the photoelectric test system,and test the whole circuit part of the photoelectric test system through Quartus II and Lab VIEW software.At the end of the paper,the test results of the photoelectric test system were introduced,and the results which was produced by the data collector were received on the server side.
