With the rapid development of embedded technology,the high speed data acquisition system has gradually surpassed the traditional collection system for its advantages in data transmission rate,sampling rate,effective digit,and the capacity of caching equipment.The application of high-speed acquisition system has attracted much attention,and its related design schemes are emerging one after another.High sampling rate,high resolution and real-time have become the main development direction of data acquisition system.Under this background,based on the requirement of electronic all source scaler,this project designs a collection board based on spartan6 FPGA of Xilinx company.The card adopts a single chip AD9269 acquisition chip,which supports 5 channel analog data input and the highest sampling rate is 20 Msps.There are ADC sampling module,DDR3 cache module,FPGA module and NANDFLASH storage module in the card.Among them,the ADC sampling module collects the data;then the data is transmitted to the FPGA module through the LVDS interface;the FPGA module caches the collected data to the DDR3 cache module;the final data is stored in the NANDFLASH.This paper first introduces the research background,the development trends at home and abroad and the purpose and significance of the research,and gives a preliminary introduction to the data acquisition and storage technology,and arranges the research contents of the following chapters.The structure and working principle of the whole system are emphasized.It focuses on the working principles of FPGA,ADC,DDR3 and NANDFLASH.Then it mainly introduces the overall design of the system,including the overall structure of the system,the hardware schematic diagram and selection of each module.Then the specific realization and design of each module function of the system are given.Finally,the system simulation and test verification.
