Children are the hope for the future of the motherland. With more and more attention paid to national reading, the cultivation of children's reading habits is extremely important. In the era of advanced information technology, the interference of electronic devices and other factors has led to children's low desire to read books in public libraries. As a carrier of cultural dissemination, public libraries also have an inseparable responsibility for the cultivation of children's reading behavior. It is the ultimate training goal to enable children to increase their reading interest, produce and develop good reading behavior, and ultimately improve children's reading ability.Starting from the reading behavior of children, this article analyzes the behaviors of children in the reading process, and analyzes the factors that affect children's reading behavior.By using the UTAUT model and empirical investigations,it finds the existing problems of children's reading behavior in public libraries. The library puts forward corresponding service suggestions,so that the public library can better play its role as a carrier of knowledge dissemination, and provide more humane and high-quality services for the majority of child readers.
