Construction Of Children's Reading Service Model In Public Library Guided By The Improvement Of Reading Ability

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strengthen cultural self-confidence,build a socialist cultural power,and establish a clear guidance of advocating science and prospering culture at the national level.As an important measure of building a strong cultural country,promoting universal reading is conducive to promoting the healthy and long-term development of the cultural industry and improving the overall cultural literacy of the people.As a public cultural facility with the function of social education,public library also undertakes the function of culture and education.Therefore,it has an unshirkable responsibility in children's reading service.Under the background that national reading has been included in the government work report for many times and China Library Association vigorously advocates national reading,combined with the urgency of the current need to improve children's reading ability,Explore the service path of Library in improving children's reading ability.The details are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research status of Library Children's reading service mode at home and abroad,and points out the research hotspots,blind spots,research methods and innovations of this paper.(2)This paper discusses the related concepts and theories of Library Children's reading ability improvement service,including the definition of children,Piaget's cognitive theory,children's reading ability,the evaluation criteria of children's reading ability,public libraries,reading services of public libraries,children's reading services of public libraries,and the overview of S-O-R model,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the research.(3)Based on children's reading ability and evaluation criteria,this paper investigates the current reading ability of children and the current situation of children's reading service in public libraries in China,analyzes the data of network research results by using SPSS software and content analysis method,and analyzes the needs of children's reading service in public libraries guided by the improvement of reading ability at this stage,so as to provide data support for this research.(4)Combined with the third part of the research on the service demand for children's reading ability improvement and the cross-border application of the library of the universal S-O-R model of human beings,this paper constructs a suitable ability improvement oriented children's reading service model of the public library based on external stimuli and children's psychophysiological responses,and takes Changchun children's Library as an example for case research and empirical analysis,which is compared with the data of the previous demand research,This confirms the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.(5)Combined with the needs of children's reading ability improvement,the current situation of children's reading service in Library and the ability improvement oriented children's reading service model of public library,this paper gives the application strategy.Based on the background of the national reading era,combined with the graded reading level evaluation criteria of children and adolescents,and based on the investigation of the needs of children's reading ability improvement,this study introduces the concept of universal S-O-R model to build a children's reading service model of public library oriented by ability improvement,hoping that this service model can provide support and guarantee for the library to improve its own service level and the improvement of children's reading ability,It provides some reference for further improving the influence and social recognition of the library.
