On January 3,2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping made Important arrangements to promote the construction of "Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle" at the sixth meeting of Financial and Economic Commission of the CPC Central Committee.With the proposal of the national strategy of "Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle",the dissemination and publicity of the implementation of the two cities have become the task focus of the mainstream media in Sichuan and Chongqing.Shangyou news and The cover news,as news Internet platforms transformed by Chongqing Daily and Sichuan Daily,are representative to some extent.Based on each client news how to practice the strategy of "chengdu-chongqing region shuangcheng economic circle" as the clue,the spread of news reflects each client in response to the spread of the "chengdu-chongqing region shuangcheng economic circle" to spread ideas,characteristics and influence,the provincial news client on how to use own propagation force to push strategy and implementation has certain research significance.In this paper,the upstream news and cover news of two representative news clients in Sichuan and Chongqing are taken as the research objects.Firstly,the paper discusses how the Sichuan and Chongqing news clients promote the communication of the national strategy of "Double Cities Economic Circle in Chengdu-Chongqing".Sichuan and Chongqing News APP mainly adopts the strategic layout of full-effect communication service,regional communication highlights strategic thinking,and integrated communication strengthens public opinion guidance to realize the communication of national strategy.Secondly,with the framework theory as the theoretical support,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the reporting framework of upstream news and cover news "Shuangcheng and Chongqing Economic Circle" from five aspects: report source,report genre,report theme,news source and report tendency.In the communication of implementing the strategy,the Sichuan and Chongqing News APP presents that it is based on Sichuan and Chongqing media and gives priority to local voices.Serving the national strategy,creating special topics;Emphasis on cooperation and exchange,delivering key policy points;Sichuan and Chongqing integrated communication,fit the position of the center;Ensure the transmission of neutrality,positive public opinion guidance of the transmission characteristics.Then,based on the construction of audience frame by frame theory,this paper analyzes the communication effect of Sichuan and Chongqing News APP on the national strategy of "Double Cities Economic Circle in Chengdu-Chongqing Region" from four aspects: audience group image,audience cognition,audience attitude and audience behavior.Under the strategic background,Sichuan and Chongqing media has become one of the important means to promote the implementation of the strategic goal of "Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle".In promoting the communication of the national strategy of "Shuangcheng and Chongqing Economic Circle",Sichuan and Chongqing News App should build the overall strategic image of Shuangcheng and Chongqing Economic Circle,encourage the development morale of Shuangcheng and Chongqing Economic Circle by communication,and actively lead the development of public opinion of Shuangcheng and Chongqing Economic Circle,so as to boost the effective communication of the national strategy.
