Research On The Risk Management Of WH City News Omnimedia Platform Project

With the development of the times,as well as the rise of mobile new media,various new media,such as client applications,mini programs,VR,AR,panoramic images,WeChat and Microblog,have constantly sprung up.As a consequence,in addition to suffering unprecedented impact,traditional media also ushered in new opportunities,followed by the emergence of omnimedia platform projects.As a new platform that integrates new media and old media,omnimedia platform project not only inherits the experience in news gathering and editing accumulated by traditional media,but also introduces such new technologies as mobile Internet,big data,cloud computing and 5G network.However,seeing that omnimedia platform project is an emerging project,it is inevitable that there will be a variety of uncertainties in the midst of the integration of new media and traditional media,causing the omnimedia platforms to face more complicated risks,therefore,it is of great significance to explore the risks encountered by omnimedia platform projects.On the basis of the relevant theories of management,this paper applied the basic process of project risk management to the risk management of WH City News omnimedia platform project,identified and evaluated the risks faced by the WH City News omnimedia platform project with project risk evaluation methods,thereby identifying three uncontrollable risks,namely,natural environment risk,policy risk,and market environment risk,by means of literature analysis and brainstorming method.In addition,11 controllable risks of the project,namely,communication risk,content risk,demand risk,procurement risk,legal risk,human risk,schedule risk,business risk,cost risk,technical risk,and administrative risk were also identified.The risk evaluation of the controllable risk of WH City News omnimedia platform project was carried out in this paper with analytic hierarchy process.Subsequently,relevant software was used to figure out the relative importance of each risk of WH City News omnimedia platform project,which were further sorted in sequence according to their relative importance.According to the identification and evaluation results of the risks of omnimedia platform project,technical risk,demand risk,content risk,procurement risk and talent risk are considered to be the risks that have a greater influence on omnimedia platform projects,which need to be paid attention to and controlled in the construction of omnimedia platform projects.In the end,relevant strategies for controling various risks of WH City News omnimedia platform project were proposed in this paper,striving not only to provide a valuable reference for other City News media in the construction practice of omnimedia platform,but also to enrich the theory construction of the risk management of WH City News omnimedia platform project.
