Design And Implementation Of Local Taxation Bureau Tax Risk Management System

With the rapid development of China's economy,the economic situation is becoming increasingly complex.So while conducting the work of tax collection,the tax authorities are required to adopt advanced risk management idea,identify and resolve potential risks as much as possible to avoid the loss of the tax revenue.This application of advanced technology to deal with the tax risk challenge and reduce tax loss has become one of the urgent problems of Local Taxation bureau in county.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a tax risk management system which is suitable for Fugu Local Taxation Bureau to support the tax risk identification and tax risk management.Based on this situation,this paper presents and designs a set of tax risk management system,which aims to solve the risk management of Local Taxation Bureau in County.Firstly,this paper studies the issues of tax risk management at home and abroad,puts forward the purpose and significance of this research.Then,the theory are summarized in the design and implementation of this system,including J2 EE technology,SSH framework and Oracle database technology,etc.Thirdly,the paper abstracts typical system user roles on the basis of the needs According to the actual situation of the actual tax risk management of Fugu County Local Taxation Bureau,analysis the cases on the system function by UML case and describe the performance of the system demand.Furthermore,this paper discusses the overall scheme and development of Fugu Local Taxation Bureau tax risk management system,introduces the system architecture and functional structure and adopts the dynamic sequence diagram to make the detailed design of processing into six function modules: the data management,risk identification,evaluation and assessment of the implementation,etc.Each function is given the specific design.This system adopts three layer B/S models and makes implementation by java language and using Oracle 11 g as system database.The paper gives part of the function interface diagrams to demonstrate the realization process.Finally,we design a specific test case to test the system.The system has passed functional testing and nonfunctional testing.Through the analysis of the test results,we find that the feasibility and effectiveness of the tax risk management system meets the design requirements.At the same time,the system greatly realizes the business information sharing.It also provides timely?accurate and comprehensive data for the Fugu Local Taxation Bureau to the staff to improve the efficiency and quality of work.
