Due to the development of the Internet technology,new media has emerged in the past decades.Hence,the balanced pattern has been severely threaten.Traditional media are facing severe tests.As a media,the core competitiveness is the content,and the content quality is affected by the editing department.However,media resignation phenomenon is common.Scholars studied in this problem and came up with lots of solutions.However,those should be more targeted in order to solve the specif problem of different agencies.A Newspaper is facing the same problem while striving for transformation and development.Taking A Newspaper and editorial personnel as the research objects,this paper tries to study the leaving reason and explore a scientific human resource management scheme foe A Newspaper.First,the thesis paper gives definition of the media human resource and other theories.Second,in combination of the studies of others' academic output,the paper seek for reasons of editing talents' resignation through questionnaire and interview.At last,after analyzing the data,the paper tries to sum up with specific human resources management countermeasures in line with the human-resource-oriented principle and rational allocation of human resources.The thesis paper helps retain talent in A Newspaper.It also provides some reference for other similar newspapers.
