As the most basic part of China's broadcasting and television system,whether county TV station can develop healthily and stably is directly related to the overall development trend of China's broadcasting and television industry.Since 1983,when the policy of "running TV at four levels" was proposed in China,after more than 30 years of development,county-level TV stations have almost covered all county-level regions in China,and their business level and program quality have also been significantly improved,greatly promoting the prosperity of China's TV industry.In recent years,along with the arrival of information age,the county TV station is more and more into a news audience erosion,recorded the equipment aging,advertising revenues,the lack of professional staff,etc,in today's media since the explosion of the competitive environment,the county level television is facing increasing survival crisis,one of the most striking is the problem at the county level television personnel loss,talent is the organization's productivity and creativity,personnel,recruitment difficult problems such as frequent loss greatly restricted the M county television news propagation work on the rails,how in the media industry competitive situation,It is of great significance for the development of county TV station to improve the stability of personnel and give play to their creativity.In the context of media convergence,this paper chooses the phenomenon of staff turnover of county-level TV stations as the research object,aiming to dig into the real reasons behind staff turnover.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,purpose and research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,main content and methods of this paper.The second chapter is the current situation of M county TV station personnel turnover,mainly introduces the general situation of M county TV station,the basic situation of the TV station staff and the current situation of personnel turnover;The third chapter is the investigation of the loss of personnel in M county.The fourth chapter analyzes the main reasons for the loss of TV station personnel in M County.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the loss of personnel in M county.
