In today's technological change very fast, semiconductor development is particularly rapid.Semciconductor products have become an indispensable part of our daily life.People requirement for quality are becoming more critical.Problem like test escape is absolutely intolerable. How to elimilate potential risk in short time? This require us use of scientific project management technology to make realistic progress plan to solve the problem in time.In this thesis we take D company's test fool proof project schedule as the research object.Firstly,PERT is used to esimate the period of the project and evaluate the completion probability within the specified time.base on PERT evaluation,It's found that this project can't complete within specified time if don't do any change. Then, the CCPM(critical chain path technology)was introduced to solve the bottleneck resource conflict. This methold take optimistic time(50% possibility completion)as the execution time of the project, and the project buffer calcualted by the comparison value of elastic coefficient method and free time difference. This method is more in line with the actual implementation of the project and greatly reduces the period of the project. Finally, the effect of the project before and after optimization is analyzed. The research significance of this thesis is how to make the project schedule based on CCPM to solve the human resource bottleneck and other problems in the schedule management. This methold can effectively shorten the project period and obviously improve the efficiency. It makes up for the defects of traditional project management methods and ensures the completion of the project smoothly. In addition, this research results can provide reference for other project schedule made.
