Human resources are the guarantee and source for the development of enterprises.As an important way for enterprises to improve their performance,enhance their core competitiveness,and promote the implementation and realization of their strategies,performance management has become an indispensable part of the human resources management system and is playing an increasingly important role.As a printed circuit board manufacturing enterprise which survived in the information revolution and the wave of digitization,Multilayer PCB is facing intense market competition and severe challenges from the industry shakeout.How to cultivate its core competence,obtain competitive advantage,and provide effective support for the implementation of its strategy through performance management,is a major issue that needs to be faced.The object of this research is the performance management system of Changsha Multilayer PCB.Based on related theory of performance management,this study applies questionnaires and interviews to analyze the performance management problems of Changsha Multilayer PCB.The current performance management system of Changsha Multilayer PCB is still immature,and there are many problems in the performance indicator system,performance process and performance system of it.The main reason for these problems lies in the incorrect performance perception,Insufficient preparation and weak incentives.Aiming at these problems,the basic work needed to implement the performance management system improvement is clarified,and the performance management system improvement scheme is designed from three aspects: performance indicator system,performance management process and performance management system.In order to implement the scheme smoothly,the specific implementation steps and safeguard measures of the improvement scheme are also explained.The improved performance management system will play a positive role in enhancing the company’s market competitiveness,promoting inter-departmental collaboration,and mobilizing employee enthusiasm.The purpose of this study is to design a performance management model suitable for Changsha Multilayer PCB for its sustainable development,and provide design experience of performance management system for similar enterprises. |
