Automated three-dimensional warehouse is an indispensable part of the development of modern logistics industry,and it is also the objective need of social and economic development.The stacker is an important component of the three-dimensional warehouse and the product of the development of the three-dimensional warehouse equipment mechanization.The performance level of stacker control is the core factor affecting the efficiency of the whole automated warehouse control system.Among the modern logistics industry and modern logistics technology,stacker control technology is the key technology,which has a direct impact on the efficiency and level of the development of logistics industry.In this paper,the automated warehouse built by an enterprise in Zhejiang is taken as the research object.The main objective of the research is to improve the efficiency and stability of the stacker.The stacker control system is deeply analyzed and studied.Based on the requirement of automated warehouse as the control system design of stacker,the control system of stacker is designed and studied by combining programmable controller technology and frequency converter technology.The upper computer transmits operation instructions to the control system of the stacker,and adjusts and controls the frequency converter by PLC,so as to complete the operation of accessing and storing goods.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Designing the overall scheme of the control system of the stacker,and deeply analyzing the main components of the control system of the stacker.The main functional requirements of the stacker control system are analyzed,including stability,accuracy and rapidity.In order to improve the stability,accuracy and rapidity of the stacker control system,this paper designs the safety protection mechanism of the stacker control system,focusing on the analysis and design of positioning control and speed control.On this basis,the communication scheme of the stacker control system is constructed.The communication between the upper computer control system and the stacker PLC is carried out by industrial ethernet.The communication between the main control PLC of the stacker and the stacker fork PLC is carried out by wireless network.(2)Combining with the overall design scheme of the stacker control system,the main equipment of the stacker control system is selected according to the control requirements of the stacker.Combined with OTOStudio software programming platform,the software program of stacker control system is designed from the aspects of stacker reset program,stacker access program under automatic control,stacker access program under manual control and stacker debugging function program.(3)The configuration design of upper machine of stacker control system is carried out.Configuration Kingview software is selected to design the control system of the stacker,and the test and analysis of the control system of the stacker are carried out.The test results show that the control system of the stacker runs well and can complete the corresponding access operation according to the control instructions issued by the upper computer.
