The intelligence warehouse has an important role for improving storage utilization ratio and production.For the problem of motion control,communication?and management in the intelligence warehouse.The high anti-interference motion controller is applied to this system,and the controller is connected to the industrial control network,and the technology of RFID is used to accomplish the automatic control of the warehouse.Jinan Time company is regarded as the object of this research,the “Control and Management of the AS Stacker Crane System Based on Motion Controller” is developed.The result of experimentation in the field show that the motion control system we designed can achieve the motion control of the AS stacker and strorage operations efficiently,accurately and stably,And we can also realize the welding equipment palletizing,AGV handing,storage operations,delivery and other operational tasks automatic with the management and dispatching of the management system.All of the process is unattended.Based on the in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign research literature and the specifications and requirements of the company,the designed requirements are analyzed.The control and management of the AS stacker crane and the solution of the communication of the system are determined considering the environment of factory.According to the composition plan of the motion control system of AS stacking machine.we carried out the selection of the main components of the system,and the hardware circuit is designed,which include the design of the main circuit,the design of the servo control circuit,safety protection and fault alarm circuit design,the IO distribution and so on.We also designed the software of the motion control system,the function modules such as reference searching,manual operation,manual storage and library,automatic storage and library are development.The man-machine interface is designed for easy operation.Developted a automatic logistics system management system software which including the three-dimensional warehouse,the AGV condition monitoring and traffic control module,palletizer condition monitoring,stacker status monitoring and control module,etc.Completed the management system man-machine interface design.The design of the three-dimensional warehouse communication system is carried out,and the functional modules of efficientcommunication mode and real-time monitoring and disconnection monitoring are mainly studied..The on-site commissioning and function,performance test,data acquisition and result ana-lysis of the three-dimensional warehouse stacker control and management system are carried out to verify the function and performance of the system and meet the requirements of the user.
