At present, the rapid development of the domestic logistics industry has maderemarkable achievements,the impact caused by the automated warehouse has beenirreplaceable,Overall operating inefficiencies become an indisputable fact,Improve theiroverall operational efficiency is imminent,as the system is the most critical handlingequipment,Performance merits of the stacker will directly affect the overall operatingefficiency.In order to improve the performance of stacker,we abandoned the "PLC+inverter+three-phase asynchronous AC motor" control structures,adopted the "PLC+servo drive+servo motor " control structures firstly,because servo control system has an advantage inspeed and position control stacker optimization,stacker on key indicators such as the speedand positioning accuracy has been greatly improved compared with before,ensures stabilityduring operation and accuracy.First, we analyzed the overall architecture of automated warehouse systems,includingenterprise level systems、plant floor systems、field control layer systems and equipment-tiersystem,stacker control system is the focus of the device layer system,describes the stackercontrol system design,including setting electrical control system solutions(speed Control andpositioning control)、communications systems solutions and servo drive parameters,describesthe characteristics of the system,based on schneider M258programmable controller,writingstacker control program use SoMachine software,finally,create automated warehousecomputer monitoring system using the configuration software CITECT,the operator canmaintain real-time monitoring and stacking machine running.
