In modern logistics warehousing systems, automated storage is increasingly widespread. Performance of the stacker plays an important role.New stacker which is low cost and reliable replace the original control and management of the automated storage.The new stacker can be better adapted to the requirements of low investment and some small or medium-sized quick goals. This paper elaborated on the design of the system of control, as well as the implementation of the system's hardware and the design of the software.The designing idea, hardware achievement and software designing of measuing and controlling system were expounded in this paper. The system was simple.Hardware and software were powerful, and interface was friendly.Based on the parameter related to the automated storage,this paper presented the hardware system of stacker electrical control. Speed of the stacker was the basic problem in the design of automic control system.On the basis of fuzzy control method,the paper improved the performance of stacker's precision and speed.Study of the implementation of the fuzzy control which was based on the PLC of S7-200,giving the key part of the process.The monitoring system was programmed by the configuration software.The configuration software can communicate with the actuating equipments easily.Through the configuration for software's drives of the I/O devices,it was possible to realize the integration of the monitor and control.
