Along with the wide application of electric vehicle, electric vehicle exchange station is also developed rapidly. The stacker of stereoscopic warehouse in electric vehicle exchange station is used for the access, transition and exchange of batteries of electric vehicle, stacker’s automaticity and operation performance are the preconditions of ensuring the efficient operation in the electric cars exchange station. This paper takes the electric vehicle automatic battery replacement system of Nanjing panda electronic equipment co., LTD as the engineering background, and realizes the optimal design of job scheduling and operating performance for stacker. The results show that it has a certain practical value.This paper analyzes structures and characteristics of stacker control system in electric vehicle battery exchange station, designs and realizes the functions of stacker control system. The control system adopts double positioning system of the bar code and servo motor, and the S type speed curve to ensure the high accuracy positioning and the stationarity and speedability of motion. In the Visual Studio2008environment, designs the monitoring and control interface to monitor and manage the stacker.This paper analyzes job scheduling problem for stacker, changes it to traveling salesman problem (TSP), and uses genetic algorithm to optimize the path of job scheduling. Then simulates and verifies the algorithm by using MATLAB, and compares it with random job scheduling, the result indicates that the genetic algorithm adopted can shorten the working time and improve operating efficiency of stacker.This paper analyzes the operating performance for stacker, introduces fuzzy control to compose fuzzy-PID control system, and realizes parameters online self-tuning, and adopts fuzzy-PID switch control method, then does simulation research in the MATLAB, the results show that fuzzy-PID switch control can overcome the system’s nonlinear factors effectively and improve stability and dynamic performance, it has good control effect.
