Controllogix Network Of Automated Warehouse Stacker Lifting System-based On-line Monitoring

The rapid development of information technology results in theinnovation of traditional control system structure in the field of automation. The enterprice information system based on integrated automation network has been builded gradually. As result, network control became the trends of whole industrial control.This paper present the method of online montior and optimization of relevant driver parameter according to the new realtime network system ControlLogix and A-B driver has the ability of communication online.by modifing relevant driver parameter online.the parameter can be optimized during the parameter change of motor and different industrial condition,and then gain the real time control.Meanwhile,based on the model of Automatic Storage and Retrieval Syetem controled by driver,friendly MMI(Man-Machine Interface)on manager computer is created to montior the staus of total system using configuration software RSView32 and VBA as well as construct a network control system to realize the integration of information.The research of this paper break through the traditional method of driver control-parameter optimized off-line,realize the real time control over the stacker.The great practice meaning and long term effect will be produced for the using of integrated control network technology to rebuild the old manufacture^ improve hi-tech content of machine device > promote the remote manager may and productive efficency> save product costo...
