| Automated three-dimensional warehouse is an integrated science technology project of the material handling and storage science. It is a new type of warehouse with three-dimensional high-level shelves as the main indicator, advanced material-handling equipment as foundation and advanced computer control technology as the main means to achieve mechanization and automation of storage and retrieval cargo, storage management modernization. It has the advantages of small area, large storage capacity and quick turnover, is high-tech-intensive mechanical and electrical products with information storage and management.In this paper, first of all, introducing the overall structure of three-dimensional warehouse automation, warehouse control systems, such as three-dimensional shelf, stacker systems, bar code systems, information flow control, material flow control, management system, monitoring system, etc, and each system has a role to play on.Second, this paper had a research of the warehouse for cargo storage system chosen algorithm, taking into account the location of the cargo and cargo management's impact, made dynamic programming optimization algorithm based on comparison of a series of optimization algorithms to ensure that stacker crane will enable to visit cargo quickly and accurately in the process of storage and retrieval, and raise their own three-dimensional warehouse efficiency and accuracy. This paper also made the design of PLC Procedures and touch screen control interface for stacker crane control system, through the design of VC++6.0 Procedures and iFIX4.5 Procedures, completed the design work of management interface and monitoring interface, achieved the purposes of automatic access of goods, monitoring, management and control of the purpose of automatic storage and retrieval of cargo, monitoring, management and conformity, solved the TSP problem with dynamic programming algorithm and applied the results to practical engineering to improve the efficiency of crane operationsFinally, analyzing the results of practical engineering project, and put forward the problems and the idea of future work. |
