With the rapid development of manufacturing and logistics industry,more automation and intellectualization are needed in all aspects of production and storage.Automated three-dimensional warehousing system is widely used in the transportation and storage of goods,which has a far-reaching impact on today's logistics.Therefore.the research of automatic three-dimensional warehousing system is of great significance to the whole manufacturing and logistics industry.In this paper,an automated three-dimensional warehousing system is designed,which consists of three parts:automated three-dimensional warehouse,automated product packing and palletizing system and intelligent transportation system.(1)The overall scheme of the automatic warehousing system is designed.including the overall structure of the system and the overall scheme of the control system.(2)The design and research of the automated three-dimensional warehouse are carried out.Based on the types of goods stored,the shelves are calculated and designed,and the mechanism of the stacker is designed and checked.Through analysis and comparison,the storage strategy is determined,and the allocation principle is determined in the allocation of cargo location.(3)The automatic product packing and palletizing system and intelligent conveying system are designed,The industrial robots of ABB company are used to complete the handling and palletizing operations,and the AGV robots are used in the conveying system to carry out the transportation operations.Robot Studio software is used to simulate the whole system dynamically.(4)The control system of the cubic warehousing system is designed.The PLC controller of Omron Company is used to control the system.This paper analyses the working process of the stacker,studies the movement control of the stacker,completes the selection of the motor,designs the speed control of the control system and the design of the positioning mode.Then the control system of the stacker is designed by software.Finally,the whole system is programmed by software.(5)Testing and analyzing the results of the three-dimensional warehousing system.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for warehouse design of modern manufacturing enterprises and warehouse system design of modern logistics industry.
