Since its launch in November 2015,the upstream news APP has been downloaded by tens of millions of users.As the most influential news APP in Chongqing,upstream news has been playing an important role in the transmission of news information and supervision in different places.However,according to the Data from April 2020,the upstream news APP ranks 348 in the news category,far from the cover news ranked15 th.As regional news apps,upstream news is slightly inferior in product design and content quality,and the download,activity and retention rate of users are far from enough.Therefore,how to retain old users,increase new users and expand brand influence has become the most important thing for upstream news.Based on this,the author in the upstream news APP as the research object,by studying the upstream news APP user experience status,influencing factors and the size of a path way,aimed at the upstream news APP to offer reference to improve the user experience,promote the competitiveness of the individual,on the other hand also for regional news APP to find the key influence factors and provide direction to make optimization.Based on the theory of user experience and sense of place theory,draw lessons from M.H assenzahl user experience factor model to construct theoretical framework and proposes the research hypothesis,using the questionnaire at the same time,after the unified operation of variable,through online and offline two ways to extend and recycling questionnaire,finally using SPSS25.0 to deal with the data,by independent samples T test,single factor test,correlation analysis and regression model building,validate assumptions and the final results.The results show that the user experience of upstream news APP is good,while product features,user perception and emotion variables and average daily use time all have an impact on the user experience of upstream news APP.Specifically,the better the product features,the better the user experience.The stronger user perception is,the better user experience will be.The more positive the emotion,the better the user experience.The longer the average daily use time,the worse the user experience.The innovation points of this paper are as follows: first,based on the user experience theory and the sense of place theory,it constructs the user experience influencing factor model of upstream news APP,deeply analyzes and discusses the influence of product characteristics,user perception and emotional factors on news APP,and promotes the research of user experience.Second,the empirical research method provides a new reference perspective for upstream news APP to solve the current dilemma and expand the user volume,which is of great practical significance.
