Online to Offline is a new business model that combine the Internet and offline entities,which first applied to take-out service in catering industry.020 commerce model could give full play to its advantages because the obvious local characteristics of catering industry.That's the rearon why e le me and tao dian dian get so popular.The influx of funds brings 020 take-out service an explosive growth in the first two years.Then some of the take-out 020 platform began to merge for the largest share of the market.In fact,this kind of adjustment aslo means consumer's increasingly high standard for take-away service.There is no doubt that user experience become a key factor of their choice.That's aslo why I study on user experience 020 take-out platform.the research on the user experience of take-out 020 platform is a complicated and systematic project.And the internet is developing at an amazing speed.So not only collect Other theories,the paper also perform field research through two experiments that aim at new and old user.After the initial model is established,the paper has explored the structure stability and reliability of the model by means of questionnaire.The results of the experiment provided 6 kinds of dominant factors about measuring the user experience by exploratory factor analysis.On the basis of these,the paper optimize the model and questionnaire,and experimented with large numbers of users on Eleme platform.The paper analysed the 224 valid sample data by reliability and validity analysis,and expand the 6 kinds of dominant factors to 7 kinds by dominant extraction,that are Brand Promotion,Product&Activity,Interface Layout,Functional Utility,Purchase Service,Distribution Service,and Security&Monitoring.This experiment further optimited the model and assessd the user experience of Eleme platform.Through the research results of this paper,the company can optimize the user experience of the take-out 020 platform,and the strategy and method of this research can give a reference to future research about the user experience of mobile internet product.
