User Experience Research Of News Information APP

With the development of The Times and society,the Internet has played an increasingly important role in people's life.Unconsciously,mobile phone has become an important tool for people to use the Internet.The proportion of Chinese netizens accessing the Internet through mobile phones has reached 98.6%,and the number of news users is663 million.People can use the Internet to obtain extensive information and information only through mobile terminals.The total increase of users of news and information apps in2017 and 2018 is close to 230 million.The stickiness of news and information APP users is on the rise,the value of independent news and information APP is enhanced,and the diversified features of news and information APP products are highlighted.The success of news and information apps cannot be achieved without every user with a mobile terminal,and user experience has increasingly become a key factor in product development.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore user needs,improve user experience,transform user retention rate and make products develop sustainably.Based on the theory of user experience,"use and satisfaction" theory and maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the support,combined with coloured ribbon news,auspicious moment,two real cases three mile information,using the method of literature analysis,case analysis,user interviews,questionnaire survey,to analyze the present situation of news type of APP and user experience.According to the analysis of user interviews and user experience elements,it is proposed that the user experience may be affected in six aspects: download intention,information content,information source,social function,page setting and auxiliary function.The questionnaire was designed according to the six factors proposed,and SPSS data analysis software was used to test the reliability and validity of the data,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.It is concluded that the APP studied lacks local practical content,which cannot meet users' content needs.Lack of humanized and customized functions,affecting user experience;The software is not smooth,push more,poor user experience and other issues.Aiming at the problems,this paper proposes to improve the content quality and meet the practical needs of localization.Increase product functionality and user engagement;Strengthen product performance and improve user experience.First,increase local language columns,tell fresh stories well,innovate communication forms and interpret "hard" news in an interesting way.Second,invite government departments to settle in,improve service awareness,provide a platform for user communication,and enhance user stickiness;Third,strengthen technical means,solve the problem of slow operation of push,attach importance to user interaction experience,and protect user privacy.The author hopes to provide some references for the development of news and information apps,so as to bring better experience to users.
