With the development of mobile Internet, the news app has become the latest digital media.The major newspapers are seeking the digital transition, the portal has seized the market of the news app, in the same time, there are some new news app emerging. Development of news app that is the thing in nearly four years, but it has changed people’s news reading habits,fragmentation of usage scenarios demands new way for news production. In this "User Centered" mobile Internet era, in terms of news app, what are the elements effecting positive user experience of news app, and how much the degree are the effects, are the research questions.According to Hassenzahl and Mahlke’s user experience research model, and news app its own features, the paper builds the research model. Features, the user perception(pragmatic quality and hedonic quality) and affects(positive affect and negative affect) are factors affecting the user experience. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis, we find the product features and pragmatic quality are two of the most important elements, content and creativity are the core; positive affect have a positive reaction with the other three factors; taking evaluation as the user experience’s result, three factors have a strong explanatory power, taking using behavior as the result, three factors’ explaining power is lower. Therefore, the news app should enhance creativity and mobile scene of the content to improve the user experience, and let the user obtain entertainment and enjoyment in the news app.
