In recent years, the development of news clients become objects of each big doorwebsite competitive. In the intelligent mobile phone popularity today, news client thepropagation characteristics of different media, such as aging strengthening, inclusive moreunlimited, dissemination of the main root, the focus of public opinion sensitization, low costand so on, news client user group also reflects the new features different from other mediausers. In this context, news client wants to win more users, must break through the traditionaloperation mode, change management thinking, on the basis of the user needs, and constantlyimprove the user experience.Therefore, NetEase news client presents "without thread not news" operation mode,trying to satisfy the user in the network communication, self expression, recognized by thedemand of post operation. As users of the own experience requirements increasing, SohuNews client in order to better improve the user experience, and put forward the "no social notnews" operation mode. Tried to establish among users of the social circle through the usercenter operations, enhance the user’s social experience. Continue to meet to the needs of theuser’s operation team changing operation way, but with each news client business suit, inimproving the user experience of operation on the road also appeared many problems, such ashomogeneous overflowing, operation focus is not prominent, with his attitude to be prominent,operation thinking needs to change etc..
