With the rapid development of economy and technology,the speed of product technology update under the lead of computer and mobile phone electronic consumer products is accelerating,people’s material needs have also undergone fundamental changes,and the requirements for product quality are getting higher and higher.At the same time,the domestic and foreign electronics manufacturing industry is also facing more intense competition,and new domestic electronics manufacturing enterprises have emerged,to the old electronic manufacturing enterprises caused great impact.In order to stand out in such a complex and competitive context,product quality is a key factor for electronic manufacturing companies to gain market influence and competitive advantage.Total Quality Management is a quality-centred,market-oriented approach to meeting customer needs and thereby achieving organizational goals;it is an integrated and comprehensive set of quality management concepts.Therefore,total quality management plays a vital role in the continuous improvement of product quality,market competitiveness and sustainable and stable development of enterprises.From the perspective of quality and quality management,this thesis explains the theoretical basis and background of the formation of total quality management system,and provides a detailed overview of relevant studies on the optimization of total quality management system at home and abroad.Accordingly,we analyse the current situation and shortcomings of Q Computer’s total quality management system,find the weak and critical links in Q Computer’s total quality management system through field research,data statistics and interviews,and propose optimization design and safeguard measures for these weak and critical links according to the actual situation of the company.This thesis research is divided into six main parts.Chapter 1: Introduces the background and significance of this paper,research methodology,research content,and literature review.Chapter 2: Introduces the theoretical basis of total quality management and research methods and other related theories.Chapter 3: Analysis of the current situation of Q Computer Company’s total quality management system through research,data statistics and interviews,mainly from the five key aspects of quality management issues such as people,machines,materials,methods and environment.Chapter 4: The main problems of the five key aspects of Q Computer’s total quality management system,combined with the actual situation of the company,and put forward the optimization of the implementation and improvement plan.Chapter 5: A series of safeguards are proposed for Q Computer’s total quality management optimization strategy,which is combined with the PDCA cycle to ensure that the optimization strategy can be implemented in a sustainable and efficient manner.Chapter 6: Conclusion and outlook,summarizing the current situation of TQM improvement at Q Computer Company.This thesis starts from the theory of total quality management,based on field research and combined with Q Computer Company’s own reality,in-depth analysis and research,which can effectively complement and understand the application of relevant theories. |
