Research On The Quality Management Of Company N's Petrochemical Exchange Information System Development Project

The development and popularity of internet technology,network security and IT technology,along with the enactment of relevant laws and regulations,have laid foundation for the development of domestic enterprises on Ecommerce.The current transaction model of a petrochemical exchange is traditional trading type,to lower the cost for purchase&sale as well as financing,and to realize an efficient online E-service,the exchange hopes to take advantage of information system to conduct petrochemical product transaction and various E-services,therefore the exchange entrusts company N to develop an information system for them.The information system is a comprehensive information service platform,whose technological strength and service capability has direct impact on the efficiency of the exchange.How to ensure the overall quality of the information system during structuring process has practical significance toward quality management research of information system development project.Internet Technology has evolved from traditional internet technology to smart internet.From individuals to enterprises,online sales will become a trend,and along with it comes the fast development of software industry,however,due to lack of efficient management measures on software development programming process and the quality of deliverables,the quality of domestic software products cannot be guaranteed.Though the technological gap with internationally leading enterprises exists,but more importantly is the gap on products and programming process quality management and control.Enhancing on project quality management during software development process has great significance toward improving the quality of software products.After all,software quality defines the core competency of the software,even the core competency of the enterprise,and it's also a key factor to a software enterprise whether the enterprise can grow and succeed.The thesis places the petrochemical transaction system development project of company N as the research subject,and based on the international practice on quality management theory and quality system,for example:Total Quality Management,ISO9001,CMMI Standard,PMP Quality methodology,etc.to customize a quality management process for the project implementation.It defines quality management process through three aspects of quality plan,quality assurance and quality control,to ensure project process and improvement of deliverables at different phases.Customer satisfaction rate eventually grows through structuring of quality improvement that's based on customer satisfaction,and controlling customers'requirements at different phases.
