Research On PIS Design For Small And Medium-sized Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Northeast China

In recent years,equipment manufacturing enterprises pay more and more attention to Products Identity System(PIS),the establishment of PIS has been completed by famous large foreign enterprises and enterprises in developed areas such as North China and Central China.However,the construction of product identification system for many small and medium-sized enterprises in Northeast China has just begun.As the birthplace of China's manufacturing industry,how to revitalize the manufacturing industry in Northeast China has always been a hot research topic in various disciplines.However,the small and medium-sized enterprises are also an important part of the national economy,so this paper attempts to discuss how to establish PIS for small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China from the point of view of industrial design,so as to improve the quality of industrial design in equipment products of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper combines the PIS construction ideas of foreign well-known enterprises and equipment manufacturing enterprises in developed areas of China,and makes improvement to existing PIS theory appropriately and purposefully due to the present industry situation in Northeast China and the needs from decision makers of small and medium-sized enterprises that are actually felt in the actual projects.Through the investigation and analysis of related contents that construct PIS,combined with the present situation of small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China to conduct the necessity analysis of PIS construction.Then,researching deeply into the small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China,taking the machine tools with specific models of the enterprises as an example,the PIS design process and method for the small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China are verified and improved.Finally,by carrying out PIS design for Yufei High Frequency Equipment Co.,Ltd.,the purpose of serving the small and medium-sized enterprises in Northeast China is achieved.At the same time,it is expected to provide reference and perfect the construction of system for the small and medium-sized enterprises in other regions where have same problems.
